Havre De Grace
Havre de Grace, MD is located in Harford County. The city is named after Le Havre, France. This was a port city, first named Le Havre de Grace, which means “Harbor of Grace.” The city is located at the head of Chesapeake Bay and the mouth of the Susquehanna River.
